In this lunchtime meditation and journaling session, we will explore the idea of having love and compassion for ourselves as an important part of loving others. As the saying goes, "How we do anything is how we do everything." In this class, see yourself with eyes of compassion, and learn mindfulness techniques to practice self-compassion and love so that you can bring your truest, most loving and whole self to everyone you encounter. In meeting the world in this way, you encourage others to do the same. We will employ journaling as a way to reflect upon and learn about our relationship with ourselves.
