Breathwork Session

In this personalized one-on-one session, our experienced breathwork facilitator will guide you through an exploration of your breathing patterns, help you identify areas of restriction, and develop practices that promote emotional regulation and physical well-being. You'll learn how to harness your breath to restore balance to your nervous system, and gain valuable tools for sustainable stress relief and greater mental clarity.

Breathwork Classes

We offer a variety of breathwork classes tailored to meet your unique needs, whether you’re new to the practice or looking to deepen your experience.

  • Deep Dive Transformative Breathwork (90 minutes): Dive deeper into your breathwork journey with this class designed to help you access profound emotional and mental states, facilitating healing, releasing stress, and promoting mental clarity.

  • Breathwork for Nervous System Regulation (60 minutes): Learn practical breathwork tools to regulate your nervous system as our facilitator guides you through various breathing practices designed to calm and relieve stress, as well as energize and boost mental clarity.

Packages

3-packs are great options for those who book repeat appointments or are looking to begin a self care routine. This FLEXIPASS 3-pack can be applied toward any of the following: Chakra Tuning & Alignment, Tibetan Singing Bowl Session, All Crystal Sound Healing Session, standard Reiki Session, 1-on-1 Mindfulness Coaching Session, Breathwork Session. Great for trying different sessions not only in Breathwork but in Reiki, Sound Healing and Mindfulness as well.

Cost per session of 60-min 3-pack: $105

5-pack class packages are great options for those who re looking to begin a regular breathwork practice. This class 5-pack can be applied toward most of our breathwork or sound healing classes, so it’s great for people who want variety in their classes.

Private Small Group Breathwork Session

These small group sessions for up to 4 people (more can be included up to 10 at additional cost) enable you to connect and bond with family and friends, and even small work groups. Sessions are tailored exclusively for your small group. A great way for couples, parents and kids, or friend groups to learn breathwork techniques to deal with stress and anxiety, to relax or get energized, to enhance focus or simply to have fun while learning valuable tools to support a healthy life. Our Breathwork Facilitator

 

SHANNON MISSIMER is a deeply grounded and wonderfully approachable facilitator of breathwork practices. She takes a holistic approach to her work and is a firm believer in empowering her clients to tap into their own inner strength and healing ability through breath and mindfulness. She is knowledgeable about the science behind breathwork practice, and with her training in trauma-based breathwork, creates a safe container within which to explore breath and tap into the inner self.
