In a season of love and valentines, having love and compassion for ourselves is an important part of loving others. As the saying goes, "How we do anything is how we do everything." In this class, see yourself with eyes of compassion, and learn techniques to practice self-compassion and love so that you can bring your truest, most loving and whole self to everyone you encounter. In meeting the world in this way, you encourage others to do the same. At the end of class, we will rest in the healing vibrations of a singing bowl sound bath.
We will have HEPA filters running during class. Bring your own yoga mat for the reclined portion of class if you have one (we have extras, though). Due to limited space, registration is required. *
