Thanksgiving season reminds us to take notice of all the things for which we are thankful. But did you know that making gratefulness a habit is beneficial to our health? Gratitude is a powerful force for dealing with depression by stimulating the production of dopamine and serotonin in the brain, and improving immune function. In this workshop, our meditation instructor will show you meditation techniques that encourage the habit of mindful gratitude, and take you through a guided meditation. We will end with a singing bowl sound bath led by our sound healer.
