As trees begin to drop their leaves in autumn, they set an example of how we can also let go of things that do not serve us in order to allow for new growth to occur in another season. In this workshop, learn mindfulness techniques to support the work of letting go. Our meditation instructor will show you exercises you can use daily, then lead you through a guided chakra clearing meditation in which you can practice what you just learned. Then repose in the sounds of a singing bowl sound bath led by our sound healer.
