The approach of winter is a busy time for many of us with holidays and crisp fall air spurring us to action before winter hibernation and rest. In the midst of the movement and flurry of life, it is always good to remember to care for ourselves. We will show you mindfulness techniques that encourage self care, then lead you through a guided meditation in which you can practice what you just learned. Finally, we will end with a singing bowl sound bath. We will have HEPA filters running during class. Bring your own yoga mat for the reclined portion of class if you have one (we have extras, though). Due to limited space, registration is required. *
