Join us for an empowering one-hour class designed to help you understand how your breathing patterns influence your body and mind. In this class, you’ll learn to develop awareness of how your breath affects your energy, focus, and stress levels. Our breathwork facilitator will guide you through a variety of breathing practices—some to calm and relieve stress, others to energize and boost mental clarity.

You’ll leave the session equipped with practical tools to use throughout your day to support nervous system regulation, whether you need to quiet your mind or ignite your energy. This class is perfect for anyone looking to create balance and resilience in their everyday life through conscious breathing techniques.

To maintain the intended atmosphere and focus on wellness, we kindly request that all participants be aged 13 and older. We hope to have events in the future that are suitable for families with younger children.
