In partnership with Consultants in Medical Oncology and Hematology and the generosity of Miles for Marc, we are offering a sound bath and mindfulness for people undergoing cancer treatment and their caregivers. Our goal is to create a calming space where people dealing with cancer can access tools for relaxation, healing, and nervous system regulation. These sessions integrate breathwork, guided meditation, and mindfulness techniques, accompanied by an immersive sound bath, which all collectively promote emotional well-being, reduce stress, and offer practical techniques that participants can integrate into their daily lives.
