MINDFULNESS FOR THE SEASON OF LETTING GO
Each season reminds us that we, too, are in perpetual state of renewal. Every season has value. Winter brings rest and recovery before the push of Spring’s new growth; Summer’s lush, carefree days must give way to the pruning and harvesting of Autumn - a season of letting go. Our mindfulness coach, Jill Tonachio, will show you meditation techniques that encourage a mindful look at how we can let go with grace into each new season of our life. Learn how mindfulness can help you to stay in the present moment and let go of what no longer serves you. We will leave open time during class for sharing your experiences and wisdom or simply be present to listen and learn.
To maintain the intended atmosphere and focus on wellness, we kindly request that all participants be aged 13 and older.
