Mother Nature is a powerful force when it comes to healing. Being in nature reduces pain levels, enhances healing, improves mood and cognition, increases creativity, reduces anxiety and depression, and more. Even a view of nature through a window can do this; so can pictures of nature as well as natural elements in a built environment. Engagement of multiple senses begins the process of mindfulness and the myriad of benefits we gain from this practice.
Join us for our Healing Power of Nature Meditation and Sound Bath where we’ll explore various mindful practices inspired by nature. Afterwards, rest in the beautiful tones of a crystal singing bowl sound bath. And, if the weather is nice, we may deepen this experience and have our session outside under our giant sycamore tree!
