Ideal for beginners or those seeking a gentler approach to breathwork, this class provides a foundational understanding of breathwork techniques and their benefits. Delving into Pranayama, the ancient practice of breath control, participants will learn basic techniques such as Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), Kapalabhati (breath of fire) and Ujayi (victorious breath).  Breathwork involves consciously altering your breathing patterns to achieve various states of relaxation, awareness, and clarity. This ancient practice is designed to help you connect with your inner self, release stored tension, and access a deeper sense of peace. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional release, or enhanced mental clarity, breathwork offers a safe and natural way to achieve these goals.

To maintain the intended atmosphere and focus on wellness, we kindly request that all participants be aged 13 and older. We hope to have events in the future that are suitable for families with younger children.
