Over time, this emotional and physical holding can contribute to chronic stress, burnout, and a sense of disconnection from ourselves and others.
Join us for an hour-long, trauma-aware guided breathwork experience, designed to help you reconnect with yourself, explore the somatic roots of your emotions, and gently release what no longer serves you.
In this safe, supportive community space, you’ll be guided through intentional breathing techniques that help unlock deeply held feelings, regulate your nervous system, and create space for clarity, ease, and physical relief. You’ll take with you simple breath-based tools to support emotional processing, body awareness, and resilience in your everyday life.
Whether you’re seeking emotional release, personal insight, or simply a safe space to breathe and be, we invite you to show up exactly as you are — and return as often as you need, discovering new layers of release, insight, and connection each time you come back to your breath. $35 p.p.
No prior breathwork experience necessary. To maintain the intended atmosphere and focus on wellness, we kindly request that all participants be aged 13 and older.
